Triple 7 barbell bicep curls. Its where you do 7reps just the bottom half of a bicep curl (up to about elbow level). Continue with 7 reps upper half of a bicep curl (elbow level up). Then finish off with another 7 reps full range of motion from bottom to top. Looking forward to Animangaki this weekend in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Cya guys there! Throwback to 2015. Some of the key features i look out for in a spidey suit. No more urethane webbings. Its really nice but its so troublesome to maintain. So i just go for 3d prints and rubber logos chest and back. A mask that is seperate from the suit is a must for me. Much more comfortable, less restrictive movements, wouldnt matter if i have a long neck either. A U-shaped zipper from one armpit, down the waist, across the lower back and back up to the other armpit. Easy to get in and out of. Zipper straight down the middle is not as convenient to get in and out, its ugly.. cutting down the middle of the back spidey logo and also gets ur hair caught in the zip sometimes. Zippers across the shoulders are just so restrictive since zippers dont stretch like spandex do.. ur poses just become a lot less dynamic.. which is key for spidey poses. But the U-Shaped zip doesnt cause any mobility issues and is relatively easy to get in n out of. Some people like their gloves detachable which can be handy (pun intended). Also the sewing.. a lot of suits have this.. extra clothe on either the hips or on the middle of the chest.. im not sure whats up with that but the ones i have dont. I think its quite unsightly esp since its in the middle of the chest but this seems to be a common problem? Sewing technique maybe? Also gym.. dont forget legs and butt days. While i feel that cosplay is a hobby that is meant for everyone and should be fun, and u can cosplay regardless of shape, size or skin color…. ultimately ur putting urself out there and people being people will judge. There is no escaping from that. Its not easy hiding ur bodyshape when wearing spandex but why not use this as a motivation to get in shape to perfect that cosplay? Alternatively, wear a muscle suit inside. Some people do that and it looks great. Nothing to be ashamed of. #spiderman #spidey #spidermancosplay #cosplay
